Chinese New Year today.

It somehow doesn't really feel like it, the atmosphere is lacking and we did minimal visits today because we're not really allowed to go visiting since my grandfather just passed away. But I had fun at my grandma's h0use on my dad's side, playing with my cousins :D We really did grow up together, and well, hopefully we'll continue to grow closer.

There's been a string of emo messages going around and I'm hopping on the bandwagon :D here's to 07v14, one of the greatest classes ever ♥

When I first saw you, all I could remember was impressions of you from primary school where you somehow incurred my class' wrath because Ms Chua kept talking about you and our classes were somewhat loggerheads. xD But I'm glad we got past it because you're a great friend, and I enjoyed all the bus rides home together, gossiping/crapping/complaining. And who can forget your lame jokes, that makes everyone's hair stand xD Thank you for being such a great friend (:

It was great always talking to you about anime/manga and bugging you for your kinokuniya card (oh yes, please do renew it :D it's going to expire soon xD) I still remember last week in the concourse with kw & jon where you shared your online gaming experiences and IRONROD+XIAOMING :D i haven't laughed so hard, with exceptions for that time we went out for lunch with daph & amanda where we laughed from start to finish. Thanks for your message on your blog :D pretty much everything I want to say was said on your tagboard, but again here, I want to say sorry too for the rough patches we went through in IP1. But I think it's really great that even after we went through so much, we can still be friends now. You always listened to me too in IP1, when i needed someone to talk to, and hopefully someday we'll be able to reach that level again. But you do need to flush out your mouth sometimes, the words/things that come out of your mouth can be unbearably unbearable at times xD And please stop being so obscene :D but other than that, thanks for being a great friend (: oh yes and my Japanese guys are still the best :D

I remember when we really got to know each other during the Chinese Drama rehearsal, and as I told you, I remember finding someone I could really connect with. Before I start, AREN'T YOU GLAD I GOT YOU HOOKED ON SOUL EATER :D You're a really great guy to talk to about anything, especially about crap :D And I remember how every thursday you will proclaim to me that ToraDora is showing, and insult Iljimae, and try to get me to watch ToraDora and Code Geass, and how i try to get you to watch soul eater and succeeded :D You do fangirl with me to a certain extent over how we think some things/people are cute, and you're a funny guy who's jokes nobody gets :D I've known you since IP 1 and we've talked alot of crap since then, and i do remember how you pon and try to get people to pon with you, but always fail :D Grow taller! I still remember in IP1 how we always go out as a gang and just do stupid stuff together :D and i remember watching you get dunked inside the coy pond and getting scolded after that, getting caught playing bridge and having to decorate the notice board as punishment (our decorations sucked xD) and watching your toe get crushed by the swing and panicking because we didn't know what to do, and somehow I always remember that time you tied my shoelaces to the table I was sitting on so that i can't get off :/ And you always call me short, but I forgive you for that :D But all through it, you were a really great friend who cares for the people around him, so thank you for being a great friend (:

I think the thing that people will remember you most is by your laughter, because it's simply out of this world xD When you laugh, you set everyone else off and you laugh like you're going to die any moment xD I remember IHP (bad memory) where we had to babysit autistic kids and chiong out our project between the two of us, but the hard work paid off i think xD You've been really fun to hang out with, and you're a really nice guy who always helps the people around you and cares for them (: I remember korea trip in the bus where me, kundan and amanda freaked you out, and the zoo attachment and how we've established that you're the main course and I'm the appetizer during chalet xD Thank you for being a great friend (:

You're a really nice guy deep down, behind that stupid bad boy facade you always put up xD I remember when you, me, sulin and kenneth sat together in the same table. We had alot of fun then, didn't we :D And at that time you always listened to me about my problems, so thank you for that. Classmate! :D We'll be in the same class for 4 years, which is totally awesome :D You are an awesome person to talk to about books, whether when dissing twilight, or discussing literary matters (though it isn't very often xD). When you and Kw are together, it is disaster xD nobody can get a word in because everyone's laughing too hard. You laugh and find humor in almost anything, and your laughter always manages to cheer people up (: thank you for being a great friend (: here's to another two years together! :D

You were really the person in class who I stayed close to from the start of IP1 till now, and I'm very thankful for that (: You're a really nice person and a great friend, and it's been really fun hanging out with you. I still remember during the Vsparks workshop where we kept tickling each other xD You always give up things for others, and give way in difficult situations, which shows that you really do care about the people around you (: You're really cute and it's funny how you always go "Dey!"or try to wean me off my japanese obsession :D thank you for being a great friend (:

Shuyi

You are one of my closest friends, and someone who I can tell lots of things to. It was great sitting at the same table with you, playing hangman and any other things we can think of to keep ourselves occupied during class xD And it was also great gossiping with you or having heart to heart sessions during Chinese classes. Thank you for always listening to me and helping me with my work (Though sometimes if you're in a bad mood, you'd outright refuse to xD). During the good mood, you always patiently explain to me what I don't understand even though you always make a big fuss out of it xD though you always call me short and call me a noob (it's a wonder I still have self confidence after sitting with you xD), thank you for being a great friend (:

We had a lot of fun sitting in the same table with Lavan and Kenneth, didn't we? xD During Bio projects, or table discussions where we always tried to finish as fast as we can so that we can talk crap after that, ganging up against the guys in the table and talking during lessons/not paying attention even though it isn't very good xD all the best for next year and thank you for being a great friend (:

I still remember you from Aunty Jenny's tuition in Primary 5/6 :D You've been a fun tablemate, and although our table is rather boring, it's been fun playing hangman with you, even though you always pick all the stuff that nobody has heard of due to your extensive general knowledge :D You are a nice guy and it's been fun watching you and shuyi debate over erm, anything that you can think of, and finding ways to entertain ourselves during extremely boring lessons, though you always take the easy way out and fall asleep -.- we'll be classmates for another two years, and whether it's a good thing or a bad thing xD, thanks for being a great friend (:

You're the nicest PRC I know, and you're a really great friend (: I can talk to you like I do with normal friends and you're always really nice to me, listening to me even though you always insult my chinese xD I'm really, really glad that I got to know you and fangirl about JE with you (: And thank you for teaching me their chinese names too xD I mean it! There, I think I'm done. Even though I know that most of the people won't read the messages here, it's just something that I want to get off my chest and do :D

It's been two years since we first got together as a class, and I have to say that two years have passed by very quickly. I remember in IP1 where I just got to know the class, and in IP2, where I was looking at the seniors and thinking to myself how lucky we are that we still have another year ahead together, where school reopening wasn't much because we are still together as a class. But right now, it has started sinking in that we're all going to be separated, especially after class allocations are out. During the holidays it didn't seem like such a big deal because we knew that we have the whole month of Jan together before the JC cohort comes in, but time really does fly.

The one month has passed in a blink and now we're only faced with officially three more days together before 07v14 is gone officially and we split up into our different JC classes. All I can say is that we've been through a lot as a class, surviving friendship spats and splits, and becoming alot closer and more bonded as a class in IP2. I can't find any words to say how much I love this class, and I really do hope we can continue to stay close together as class even when we're in different classes now. Let's go out for like monthly dinner/lunches and still get together every morning in the concourse okay! :D

Even though all the other classes and teachers say that we're a mugger class and a boring class, I wouldn't have it any other way. Thank You for everything, guys ♥

since everytime i blog i lament on how i haven't updated in ages, so for once I shan't lament on how I havent updated since i left for my taiwan trip :D

2008 has passed and 2009 is now here, and what's a 2009 post without some reflecting on the past year? 2008 has been a pretty tiring and eventful year, what with the passing of my two grandfathers & my last year in IP (well technically it isn't my last, but its the last year that i'll really be in IP alone). i think i've done lots of things that i regret the past year, and i wish i could change because i know i could have done it better or a different way, so my 2009 resolution is to stop doing things that i know i'll regret in the future. JE has also pretty much taken over my life this year, so i have to tone it down. i'm determined to study this year, and i shall :D

now looking back, i think 2008 was a pretty wasted year for me, in more than one way that i shan't elaborate, but all in all, 2008 was a pretty bad year. for me & the whole world, what with the recession etc. 2009 may not be better, but i'll make it better. at least for me, i hope :D but the friends that i've gained this year is something that i'll treasure and not throw away.

okay! enough of the self reflecting :D on to the good parts of 2008: the holidays :D i think the year end break after EOYs were a pretty awesome period, what with me lazing my ass off and slacking around, but it was good in the sense that i did lots of stuff that i wanted to do personally, and i caught up with many friends, which i'm thankful for. the zoo attachment was great and left a deep impression on me, and so was catching up with church friends & dhs friends. and so was watching vids/dramas/anime the whole day, but that's something that i'll try to drop ^^;

taiwan trip was a pretty good one, not awesome awesome, but still pretty good (: though i didnt do much shopping there, im glad that i went taiwan :D for one, the hotels were awesome :D we stayed in 5 star hotels most of the time, with one or two 4 star ones. my favourite part of the trip :D as well as the 100 over channels that taiwan tv has :DD i spent many a good nights flipping channels in the hotel room.

this week's been a hectic and pretty crazy week, being the last week before school reopens, and i'm really sad that holiday's over, but no point looking back. i shall look forward from now on :D
recap!

monday was outing with tzuhsiang to the ZOO :D wonderful, wonderful day. we covered the entire zoo and stayed there till closing time. it was great catching up with her again and we finally made our zoo outing come true. next up is cooking session at either one of our houses, underwater world and finally JAPAN :D we have it all planned! looking forward to fellow great times with you (:

tuesday was spent lazing around at home which i'm happy for, since i love lazing around at home and spending the whole day on the com :D

wednesday was 2A class chalet! i originally didn't really want to go for it, but got coerced into going and i am so glad that i went. it was fabulous catching up with the rest and seeing people that i haven't seen for two whole years, and catching up with people that i've only spoken to once or twice in the two years that i left dunman high.

i forgot how much fun 2A was, and why i was so sad to leave dunman high in sectwo, and it's because of the class. we spent the entire night playing cards and screaming and laughing till we all lost our voices- i'm still trying to recover my voice now! and i am so glad that the NPCC people crashed our chalet, because i got to know dawnlee there :D it was totally awesome!

they were in the bedroom, and i was going in to get my charger so that i can charge and watch soul eater outside in the living room while the others were watching iron man, and she saw my class jersey. i had chinen on it, and she asked me if it was chinen yuri. that was the exact moment we bonded xD and we spent almost two hours just fangirling over JE. best thing? she's really into arashi now, like me. and we both love massu :D and all in all, we pretty much love and hate the same things, which is awesome.

thursday i was a zombie, cause i only got less than two hours of sleep the previous night, and the bed i was sleeping on squashed like 7 people. and only my head was on the bed while my body was on two chairs. so it was a highly uncomfortable position and i couldn't get much sleep then. which sucked cause i was a zombie the next day, even after a bath.

those that needed to go to school left the chalet first and me, shenmei, yi'an, sandra, benjamin and bolong went to burger king for breakfast before we left. i went to meet siling, amanda & chris after that to play pool, and i apologize for making them wait 45 minutes xD

we played pool for awhile, but i couldn't properly appreciate it cause i couldn't keep my eyes open and well. like i said, i was a zombie. went to east point to get lunch after that before we went to siling's house for mahjong session :D i forgot how fun it was to play mahjong and i won twice :D so i haven't really lost my touch for it yet! the mahjong session was awesomely fun even though i had to have a tissue box next to me the entire time.

ANOTHER POOL/MAHJONG SESSION AGAIN PLEASE :D

today was supposed to go for class outing, but didn't really feel well so i stayed at home. gotta keep in good health for my interview on tuesday anyway. olevel results out on monday, so good luck to everyone who took olevels. i'll be praying for you (: and well, i really hope that i can pass my olevel chinese, but i'll just leave it in God's hands i guess. but i really do hope that i can pass and get at least a C. that would be enough for me.

on to lighter topics. i've been back to anime again :D how can i ever forget it? it's my first love and will forever stay my first love, even though JE has pretty taken over my life right now. i've been watching great animes these holidays :D

most recent anime i watched was SOUL EATER and it is absolutely fantastic.

now i know why the rest kept talking about it. it's awesome! :D i downloaded it to see how good it was since everyone kept talking about it and telling me to watch, and honestly i got bored to tears the first few episodes, and i didn't really like the character animations. but i stubbornly clung on and i am so glad that i did. after like episode 6 i was completely hooked on it and i finished it up till episode 38 in like 3 days :D i absolutely love the character designs now, and the whole plot and concept and the characters especially.

i like that the good guys dont always win here, and there are tons of plot twisters that leave me pulling my hair out when i realize that something i totally didn't even think of happens :D and i adore maka/soul. and kid with his obsessive compulsive disorder with symmetry :D and to a twisted extent, i really like Dr Stein too :D it's supposed to run for 51 episodes, but so far episode 38 is the last subbed one. HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO LAST THE WAIT TILL THE FINALE T_T that's why i hate watching incomplete dramas/animes. but i cant wait for it :D

i watched special A, but it wasnt a very good anime to me so i shan't mention it. i finally got around to watching La Corda D' Oro and it was pretty good. kinda boring at some parts though, and i didn't really like the slow moving pace. but it was a pretty good series :D and the boys didn't disappoint at all :D (which was my main reason for watching but oh well :D)

another anime that completely blew my socks off was lovely complex :D i watched a bit of the movie earlier, which starred teippei, but i didnt like the female lead, so i ditched it. but after the theme park and before dinner in taiwan, i had three free hours in the hotel room so i was watching tv, and i caught one episode of lovely complex and i was completely hooked.

it is super duper funny, and had me laughing till i almost cried the entire series, and i adore the pairing of risa/otani. they are one of the best couples in anime history ever, and that's saying alot :D many people dont like the kansai accent, but i love it here because it's so cute and kinda apt :D and the faces that risa and otani pull here in the anime. had me laughing to the point of tears. its too awesome to describe, you have to watch it for yourself :D and they are one of the few couples that really made me squee when they kissed. risa/otani ftw! :D

and of course, the height difference is epic xD

another plus point is that the opening and closing songs were all sung by tegomassu & heysay7 :D

amatsuki is another anime i watched, pretty short only 13 episodes though the manga is longer. i watched it for the bishies, i admit, recommended by alicia, but the plot hooked me. it was pretty good and i love the princess. and bon :D

next anime on my list is dgray man & bleach. i still remember, i watched bleach until episode 4 and deleted the 150 episodes i downloaded cause i was too impatient to finish watching and it took up 11GB, which i couldn't spare. so im watching it online :Di'm still waiting for hitsugaya, but its a looong way. im only on episode 5 T_T

dgray man is in the midst of downloading now :D i still remember when i went to japan last last year, i bought tons of D gray man stuff cause i fell in love with allen walker even though i had no idea what dgray man was about xD

im starting ryusei no kizuna too now, because it's finished airing and sakurai storm subs just released the last three subbed episodes :D can't wait, i bet its as good as maou :D the reviews are all raving about it and well. its nino :D and ryo :D

oh wow. its a really long post :D kinda makes up for the time i didnt blog i guess xD and i forgot to mention that me, steph & renjie played for the boon lay countdown. we accompanied vj harmonica band and it was a pretty good experience ^^

part I: prom

i almost forgot that i had this blog again ^^; somehow i really think that me & blogs do not get along haha. lots & lots of things have happened over these past few weeks, and i shall blog about them one by one :D

firstly, my grandfather passed away. yup, he passed away at 6.28am on monday, 10th november in the hospital. i'm really thankful that he's out of his pain & suffering and hopefully he's looking down at me from heaven with my other grandfather (: because he accepted Christ! Thank God for that. but the funeral was a taoist one, and it was so different from my other grandfather's funeral, which was a simple Christian funeral.

For my other grandfather, during the wake we just had service every night and stuff. But for Taoist funerals, there are loads and loads of rituals to go through and i didnt understand a single thing. and rank is very important, and because i was the 外孙, i was the lowest rank and at the back. i didn't understand the whole thing, but if i did, i think i'd be even more upset because when my aunts and dad told me what those priests were saying during the rituals, its really really sad, like my grandfather is going to cross the bridge, but he can't bear to when he sees the rest of us crying behind him.

but i have one complaint. we didnt cremate my grandfather at Mandai Crematorium this time, but at some temple place and it was so darn fast! its like one minute i was on my knees paying my respect to my grandfather, the next minute i saw a huge flame and the coffin is gone. and since i was at the back, i couldn't see a single thing. I didnt even get to say my last goodbye to my grandfather or mentally prepare myself! Mandai crematorium is so much better. but i will just take comfort in the fact that he is in heaven now and out of his suffering, and that i will see him again soon (:

the next thing on my list: prom! man, makeup for prom was a disaster! i went to amanda's aunt's salon to do and they have just permanently turned me off makeup. seriously. i sat there for like two hours getting tortured as they redid and redid my makeup over and over again! they plucked my eyebrows, put fakeeyelashes, gave me green eyeshadow when i said no to all these! horrible people. the only thing i was happy about was my hair. cause they just straightened it :D

prom itself was fun, and we had loads of fun seeing who wore what :D all the girls looked really really pretty and the prom queen and king of the night were sheila and kundan. dinner was okay, but it was more fun sitting at the table and crapping haha. there's not much i can say for prom, so i shall just let the pictures explain :D

yes, and im finally done with the photos :D it took super long to upload all of them haha! next thing! i met up with dhs people these past few weeks! :D haha on thursday, the day of the prom, i still hadn't gotten my handbag yet, so i dragged dear tzuhsiang out with me to shop for it xD that lazy girl haha! took me ages to convince her to come out, but thank you so much for accompanying me (:

we had loads of fun, talking and shopping! she helped me find my bag and i helped her shop for prom too :D i think now she's in taiwan, will miss her! haha /th, if you're reading this, we still have our zoo outing when you come back okay! :D i love this girl (:

on friday, right after prom, i met cuiting too :D but our macs was being renovated, so we were relocated to tm macs which we hated. there is absolutely no privacy! we talked alot as usual, and then she came over to my house :D she went crazy over the jap videos with me too! :D haha this thursday when she comes over, i bet we won't sleep the entire night xD im looking forward to it! haha

we had class chalet last week! and man, i love 07v14. seriously, they are one of the most memorable class for me. i love everyone inside it, and we had better not lose touch next year! me & daddy were the ones who booked the chalet, so we went down early to check in. and aranda was retarded, cause they said they needed the gold card and stuff, when daddy's card was sufficient. but we still managed to check in, thank God for that.

siling came after that and the two of us were really cozy in the living room! and aranda is just the best chalet i've ever been to. seriously. the place is huge and it is super nice! with an LCD tv. haha me & siling were really comfortable there! it was so big, but so cozy :D the rest came after that and our peace was disrupted xD haha we lazed around the entire time until it was dinner and i had to leave for some stuff. they came to the MRT station to pick me up after that! :D thank you so much, guys :D

we were all really sleepy, but after a bath we were all okay again. and we spent the rest of the night playing polar bear xD no life right, but its a really fun game! haha. me & kw were the two course meal, me being the appetizer & he being the main course! haha. and tim's pink shirt is cursed xD lets not ever let desiree be the moderator. we all died terrible deaths when she was! we played until 4am in the morning, don't ask me how we did that xD its just fun when v14 is together (:

we woke up at like 9 in the morning, and as usual i was one of the last to wake up. but i fell ill! so thats excusable haha. we walked out to get macs breakfast before we continued playing polar bear & indian poker :D it was really sad for me, when i had to leave in the afternoon because well. i wanted to stay over the entire chalet, but im thankful that i could stay over for one night (: and everyone were exchanging notes! it was so sweet (: i really love this class and our refugee camp! refugee camp rocks

and with this ends my long, long post. three weeks packed into one. not bad huh! :D (and not a single mention about jap guys okay! its a miracle :D)

my grandfather is in critical condition in the hospital now, and we're prepared that he may go anytime. keep him in your prayers please, that he'll go as quickly as possible so that he'll be relieved of the pain that he's going through right now.

im scared, honestly. im scared because of purely selfish reasons, because of this i may not be able to go for prom or for class chalet, and i hate myself because of that. im scared because he isn't saved and now it's too late to reach out to him, and i hate myself because i've had so long to try and reach out to him, but i didnt even bother cause i didnt know teochew that well. i hate myself too because i made the exact same mistake again and now its too late to tell him i love you, or thank you for bringing me up all these years, or just an i'll miss you.

im scared because his funeral is going to be a taoist one, and im really the most scared for that because it's going to be so different from my other grandfather's one which is a christian funeral. and i hate myself for it because i know, and it shows that my faith isnt strong enough. all in all, im just really scared.

lalala okay im updating. yes, desiree, i'm updating so that you can see things from my perspective -.-

first of all, let me start off by saying that VJC is crazy. or more specifically, VJC chinese department is crazy. chinese everyday ever since end of years ended. okay, maybe it wasn't everyday, but it was close to everyday, and this week we had chinese everyday for two hours. two hours of lmn is close to making anyone lose their sanity. next week, we're going to have FOUR hours of chinese everyday and that is enough to make people LOSE their sanity. please pray that we survive next week.

and i swear lmn loves picking on me. when she's done picking on the others on her blacklist, mainly siling, desiree, moses etc. once she's done, she turns to me. i swear! today she made me move to the front for no reason. and then promptly put the blame on me when she shifted the others to the front. geez

prom shopping is fun, but tiring and frustrating at the same time. i got my dress, but i need to get my shoes, accessories, purse, makeup etc. i wasnt even considering doing up my hair all these but apparently the rest are all going to the hairdresser to do up their hair. so i shall follow alicia :D and there's still makeup to consider. oh gosh prom is such a troublesome thing. i hope amanda's mum can like let us go over and do our makeup there :D

this week other than silly old chinese we had some weird sharing session on the qualities of a 21st century worker, which was total crap. but my group was fun, cause got me, xinying and leslie. crazy group :D leslie concluded that me and xinying cant coexist peacefully. its more like we show our affection to each other by fighting xD the project itself was boring, but the group people were fun :D and mr boy's group is slack, not like rachel ong's. thank goodness i got mr boy this time.

i cant wait for olevel chinese to be over, but at the same time i dont want it to be over. cause once it's over, 07v14 has kinda officially disbanded as a class. i miss this class, it's been a great two years although fraught with troubles and stuff. but i think our class is a closer knit one now and i cant bear to leave all of them. especially since im going humanities stream and everyone else's going science. oh well. at least we still have three weeks together next year, so must make full use of that time before we split.

we had phototaking yesterday and guess what i brought. no, seriously, guess. my jap winkup magazine! NEWS was on the cover :D i had a tough time deciding which to bring, but since i kept bringing kattun, i decided i shall give NEWS a chance. unfortunately the ones with arashi on the cover aren't very nice, and i dont even need to talk about hey say jump.

OH OH speaking of hey say jump, i have converted amanda to the light :D she agrees with me that chinen is cute/hot now! he has seriously grown over the year, his voice broke, his face matured, his hairstyle changed. whoa, i feel like a proud mother/sister, seeing him grow over the year. but that's kinda screwed, cause i want to marry him. hmmm, okay let me change it. a proud fangirl :D

and i finished iljimae :D wonderful, wonderful drama. twenty episodes of leejoonki as the main actor. in a mediaval korean drama. with long, wavy hair. in hot armour and angsty emotions and past. DROOLWORTHY DRAMA :D i cant wait till it comes out on dvd, hopefully i can get it :D next thing to watch on the list is time between a dog and a wolf. another 16 episodes of droolworthy scenes of leejoonki. but he cut his hair for his drama and i dont like his hairstyle. he doesnt look pretty ): but oh well. its ljk. i won't complain :D

i've been on an arashi spree recently and i still havent outgrown it yet. but how can i! arashi is such an adorable and lovely group, with so much member-ai and love between the members. and their shows are hilarious. and their songs are nice. ooooh! i love arashi :D i love kattun too, but i dont like their new version of CTKT ): and they havent released a new single in ages. please, johnny, let them record a new single ):

NEWS are also kinda MIA, cause the only time i get to watch them is when they perform, or on concert DVDs or when they release a new single cause they dont have a regular tv show. i miss massu! oh yes next dramas on the list to watch when they're done airing: ryuusei no kizuna & scrap teacher :D

i have officially concluded that i have no motivation to keep a blog. cause sometimes i go on a blogging spree, and other times i just completely forget that i have a blog/too lazy to update. but i shall try to update, promise (:

oh and i cut my hair yesterday BUT THERE'S NO VISIBLE DIFFERENCE T_T thats why i hate going to any other hairdresser other than mine at my grandma's house. the entire time i was like: dude, what are you cutting -.- but at least he didnt ruin my hair so it'd still look presentable for prom :D

i got back all three science papers the past two days

with this, i have officially concluded the chapter of science in my life.

what a huge relief! :D science was never my forte, nor my passion. rather it was kinda more like a torture for me. although taking arts may limit many things, i know i have no future in science. and i already know what i want to be anyway, so its all dandy (:

my marks so far are rather shitty. my highest is chem, ironically, which is not very high compared to everyone else. i feel dumb when i compare their results to mine, but i shall not take heart in it because its only EOYS. i'll study hard for A levels, and i think i probably will since its humanities :D my dream combination. if only they let me take it earlier, but i guess taking science was good too

tomorrow's an important day, cause we're getting back our LA & IH papers. please let me get good grades for them? i want to get my A through them, most probably my only A, which is sad. but i shall strive for it :D

yesterday was a really lousy day. everything was fine, until i reached home and realized that my phone was missing. i started panicking and looking everywhere, but i couldnt find it. i even called my phone loads of times to see if anyone picked it up. when i called daddy for help, i was in tears already because this is the first time i really, really lost my phone.

thank goodness i left it in class and mummy went all the way back to college to help me search for it. thank you, mummy, even though i yelled at you for not picking up your phone, and was a total bitch to you.

apparently i left it on the table in class and jingrong and tim found it, and they and germ were trying to call me about my phone. but i guess i hogged the line trying to call my own phone ^^; whoo but at least i got it back. i'll never, ever misplace my phone again. i swear.

on the side note, lee joon ki is hot :D i have rediscovered my life for him through iljimae! twenty delicious episodes of him as the leading character in a historical drama. with long hair. he's a total knockout :D maybe i shall go watch my girl after iljimae just to watch some more of his hotness.

i love arashi. and arashi loves me :D

i planned to leave this blog dead but by request of others, i shall update xD exams are finally over, thank goodness. but next week is the return of scripts, i have a bad feeling about my bio paper. hopefully i won't fail, even a pass would be enough for me.

our post exams activities are kinda crap, except for the get real week. i was attached to the zoo, and it was super fun :D now i remember why i love animals and the zoo so much! i was attached to the night safari holding area, where all the extra animals are kept, as well as all the old animals. its kinda like a old folks home xD

but the animals there are really sweet, especially the slow lorises. there're 8 of them althogether there, and my favourite is still my sweet little kiki! she's so adorable and tiny. all of them sleep in flower pots hung up in the cage, and usually the average slow loris will fill up the entire flower pot. she only filled up half! *squeals*

i was attached to really nice zookeepers there, mohan & geraldine (: they were really, really great people and im really glad that i was attached to them. in the morning, we'll clean up the cages and stuff, which includes all the leftover food and the shit, and in the afternoon we prepare food and give it to them before doing enrichment (: im so going back to the zoo for self-initiated cip :D

haha and the v14 people at the zoo went to the night safari on friday, our last day after our job attachment was over. all i can say is that the next time i go night safari, i'll go with my family on the tram. it was freaking scary on the trails, cause there wasnt anyone around! we were the only ones there and we were all really scared. considering we only had one guy with us xD but it was fun haha.

the next few weeks were all chinese lessons. argh, i hate chinese. i cant wait for chinese o levels to be over. why cant i take japanese as my second language instead T.T at least i'll have the passion for that. but oh well. just one more month before i can drop chinese completely. considering that i dont fail it of course.

and this week was invigorate. invigorate was kinda fun, but i still think last year was the best. it was the most fun of all. this year there were tons of injuries, and i had really bad muscle ache. all over. so bad that i had problem walking up and down the stairs. everyone can testify for me ^^; it was so bad i was wondering if i had pulled a muscle. but thank goodness it was just muscle ache :D

and we had this personal voice workshop thing, which was total CRAP. i mean seriously! it was a workshop on presentation skills, but they only made us go for it after our whole ip life is over. and our trainer was total crap as well. she was demeaning, always cut people off, never ever respected us, was rude etc. the whole list can go on. its just a really, really torturous workshop and im so glad that it's over. i survived the whole workshop! im shocked O.O

oh and our school has like this cat hanging around. i think she's officially adopted our school as her home, and she's a really really sweet cat! everytime i sit outside guitar room to practice, she will come to the back of my chair and rub herself against it, and sit down. she's really friendly, but some souless people in the school painted her a variety of colours, and we had to cut off her fur to get he paint out. now, her fur is in patches and her face still has some paint left ): i feel really sad whenever we see her.

but on the happy side, we named her! :D haha yesterday we sat there the entire break and called her different names. she only responded to desiree and mascarenhas. so we concluded that her name shall be desiree mascarenhas meow meow :D a lovely name, dont you think? xD

at first when i got to know you, i didnt really like you because of the way you just shirk your responsiblities and do what you want, like going off to LA & leaving KT-TUN behind barely a year after your debut. but i guess that's what makes you right, you wouldn't be jin if you were as obedient as kamedear.

a BIG thankyou to germ, jieqi, gra & louise for being such wonderful thai trip buddies and making my trip so, so fun (: it wouldn't be that fun without you guys! i love our late night gossip sessions, our movie night, you guys always running over to me & germ's room to hangout at night, all the crappy conversations we had, the shopping we did, the funny photos we took, having a disney song marathon on the last night, and freaking out when the teachers caught us xD I LOVE YOU GUYS! let's go out after chinese paper okay!

i enjoyed myself thoroughly there
i'm really glad that i went for this trip
even with all my prior uneasiness and fears

wierd huh i myself didnt imagine that one day i'd say this

thank you for this trip that brought me closer to all of you
and the only thing i regret is not taking the first step earlier

just a quick update
before i go back to doing that stupid chinese paper
i'll be so glad when this term is over
this term has been a horrible term
with the influx of neverending projects
and the guitar practices
but then on the bright side my guitar skills have improved tremendously ^^

i've had practice almost everysingle day until 7pm for the past two weeks
and friday is finally the concert,
thank God
i hope we'll be able to put up a good enough performance
since its full house
but today we played really badly
so i hope we can buck up in time for the concert

oh and i have steeled my resolve to learn the electric guitar
& the drums
i promise, one day i'll learn those two
electric shouldnt be that bad
since its all notes
and im like the wierdest person ever
i know how to play notes
but i dont know how to play chords on the guitar
which is unheard of

anyway LA test is finally over
it was better than i expected it to be
but next week there's still history & biology test
next week is going to be a very bad week
after the concert practices this week
next week we're practicing for japan
so its almost everyday practice again

and our shakespeare proj is due next thursday
and i havent started at all
and history test is on thursday
and chinese project is due on thursday too

anyway this week's been a crazy week
i am absolutely exhausted
with all the projects that are still coming up one by one
and all the tests
i feel like dying geez

wednesday we had the ming ju test
i mugged the whole of tuesday night for it
memorizing all of them
and tuesday was integration quiz
and i completely screwed up one question argh

but on a happier note
i've been really paying attention in class these days
and i understand chemistry for once! =D
i love organic chemistry haha

oh and today we were rushing out the hist summary
and it was so funny
because me & kw were using the library printer
but we had no idea where to put the paper in XD

we put it in every possible place before we gave up
and called for help and guess what
all we had to do was press a button and it would print -.-
we felt like absolute idiots haha

i've been having guitar practice nonstop
and next week is going to be a bad week
with lang arts test on tues
and guitar practice until 7 on tues & wed
and whole day rehearsal on friday for the concert
but its the last leg

after this week i still have another intense practice week
for the japan trip T_T

i keep wanting to go back

today i was talking to jonathan in class
about my japan trip
and i felt so nostalgic lol
i had really good memories there
and it was the first holiday in a long long time
that i actually really enjoyed myself

today we had thailand trip briefing
and we got our intinery
THEY TOOK OUT KANCHANABURI!
we felt so cheated
me, jieqi & joann rushed out the ppt for kanchanaburi
and in the end we're not going there ):
but i think thailand trip is going to be fun (:
the people going there are fun haha
i dont feel so bad about not going australia anymore

week 10 is going to suck
on top of my endless guitar practices
we have hist & bio test in that week
which i havent touched at all
first i have to study langarts
this term sucked to the core
im so glad its finally going to be over

and i guess im taking one step at a time to get my life back on track
i think i see the gaps filling up already
i guess all i had to do was try
soon i'll feel like the old me again
it just takes time

dear kei-chan,

happy birthday! i'm sorry that i almost forgot your birthday; i only remembered it when i went to the communties and saw all of them wishing you a happy birthday!

anyway, you're 25 now i think! and you still look as youthful as ever <3>

and i remember in peroxidepest17's fic about the whole of NeWS becoming super heroes, and your "power" being the fact that you could talk some one from jumping off a bridge and getting a new love for life. i also remember in her sequel, where you guys actually get super powers, how you became an empath because you are so sensitive to other people's emotions. that's what i love about kei-chan <3

i love how childish and freely you act in all the shows/performances/dvd backstages even though you are the oldest in NeWS; sometimes you seem like the youngest and shige seems like the oldest instead *laughs* your roles are completely reversed!

i also love at how you can laugh at everything, even your own flaws; i remember in NeWS mania where you said that being positive helped you combat your weak stomach. and i also remember how everyone used to tease you about your single eyelids, but you always manage to laugh it off and keep a huge smile on your face and not get affected by it

and although im not a big fan of shige, i still find it amazing that you can be best friends with shige even with your completely opposite personalities- i think kei-chan can get along with anyone you want; even ryo has a soft spot for you, although i bet he has the biggest soft spot for his tego-nyan XD

you're just like the mother to NeWS, just like nakamaru is to kat-tun; you can get along with everyone, but thats not hard considering that NeWS is full of member-ai <3>

and i love how you just have to mention about member-ai in everything you say and do- i think without you NeWS would crumble, not on the outside of course, but on the inside.

i bet you're always the one fussing about everyone, making sure that pi isnt too tired out by his relentless schedule and sending him mails to cheer him up; making sure that ryo isn't going to drop dead from juggling both NeWS and kanjani8; always pandering to tegoshi's whims and taking care of him; smiling along with massu to cheer the whole group up because the both of your smiles together can cure anyone's depression; and of course always being there for shige

i love kei-chan's smiles and personality, as much as i love massu's. even though now massu holds a big place in my heart, you hold an equally big place because in the end i still remember you <3>

i hope you never change and continue to be the pillar for NeWS;

ohmigosh i love these few days

why? lemme list the reasons

1. TOMAPI INTERVIEW/PHOTOSHOOT IN SEVENTEEN MAGAZINE

(warning: picspam ahead)

tomapi had an interview/photoshoot

in seventeen magazine!

that one i knew about,

because pi wrote about it in its jweb

and the pictures are finally out

and i loved them

i screamed when i found out about them

(thanks to the dear passer! that keeps me updated on tomapi info ^^)

the pictures are really, really nice

and it captures their friendship perfectly

and it has a kinda nostalgic feeling too

and the theme of the interview

is how pi & toma's friendship can last for 11 years

so they were basically recounting their past memories together

which means lots and lots of lovey dovey tomapi *squeals*

and like talking about how each other are their rock

i was so, so happy yesterday

i actually wanted to run over to post

but i had no time because i was rushing ihp

now pictures ahead!

but it gave me a really warm feeling inside (:

and i love you two even more as tomapi
don't ever, ever lose this friendship okay
you've survived 11 years
and you two are the closest friends to each other
you and your families are like practically kin to each other
i mean pi, you even drag toma along on your family holidays!
and you guys used to take baths together when you're small

you said that you want you & toma both to be neighbous in the future

2. today is 30th april: HEY SAY JUMP IN TOKYO DOME DVD IS OUT!

hsj dvd is finally out!
YAY
and kamichan and akaru already posted leaks of the dvd
and i've seen some of the backstage footages
and they are absolutely precious
they look more comfortable with each other now
than when they first started out

i shall wait for the whole dvd to be uploaded
one of the clubboxes i know are apparently uploading it right now
and littlex subs are going to sub the dvd (:
i can't wait!
after so long of waiting,
the dvd is finally out

now, all i need to wait for is a kat-tun dvd & a NEWS pacific concert DVD ^^

3. i love NEWS SUMMER TIME PV & KAT-TUN'S new song DON'T YOU EVER STOP

i absolutely adore the summer time pv
i have a feeling the director just placed them on the set
directed the camera at them
and told them to just go do whatever they want
and they did! =D
they were ultra, ultra cute in this PV
this is the cutest PV i've ever seen (:

i especially love the scenes with massu in it
massu is making me fall deeper and deeper in love with him
everytime i see him (:
i shall find out how to screencap and put the cute moments up ^^

and kat-tun's new song don't you ever stop
i heard it as a radio rip first
and because the high frequency was like irritating my ears
i didnt really like the song
and i didnt see what was the hype about the song

all the kat-tun fans are going crazy over the song,
saying that its the best song that kat-tun ever recorded
at that point of time i was like huh?
it doesnt sound very fantastic to me
i prefer real face or keep the faith or LIPS

but after i saw their music station performance
and heard the song properly
i fell head over heels in love with the song
now i can see what the hype is about already
and the dancing is just fantastic
i love jin's "hell yea" XD

4. HEY SAY JUMP'S NEW SINGLE DREAMS COME TRUE IS COMING OUT SOON

their new single is coming out!
and from what i heard i loved it already
i only heard a small part but i fell in love with it
even kamichan loved it,
so that means it must be really great
i saw a sneak preview of the PV
and its super duper cute too (:

i cant wait for their new release!

5. NEWS & HEY SAY JUMP APPEARED ON HEY HEY HEY! TOGETHER

ohmigosh i flipped when i saw this
my two favourite bands on the same program
*beams*
im just waiting for someone to upload the full show
apparently there,
hsj perform their new single dreams come true
and NEWS perform summer time
both with choreography (:

6. TOMORROW IS KEI-CHAN'S BIRTHDAY

happy early birthday kei-chan!
i shall do a proper birthday post for you tomorrow
when its your actual birthday <3>

7. today is sports day!

we only had lessons until 12.45 because today was sports day
and ms chia apparently lost her voice
so she couldnt teach
so after our IH at 11.35, we were free until 3

oh yes in the morning we had sc investiture
which was super duper boring
and as usual the bullied the IP kids
some of the IP kids are the ones who carried & arranged the chairs in the hall
and they gave everyone else except the IP students proper chairs
and we had to sit at the back on benches

fine
if you dont like us then dont even start this stupid programme
whats the point of accepting us
and showing your blatant dislike for us in such a manner
just because we're the youngest doesnt mean that we can
be pushed around by you people all the time
we are also part of the college
as you guys have always emphasized
so actually start keeping to what you said

anyway alicia and i were keeping ourselves
entertained during the investiture =D
i was introducing her to the world of jap boys haha
she agreed that japanese people dance the best
and that kat-tun's new single don't you ever stop is nice too!
and she loved the dance moves too yay

i also showed her massu's solo, atsutsuki
i love the song & the martial arts dance movements
apparently she agreed with me! =D

and after IH,
shuyi wasn't feeling well,
so we sent her home
get well soon dear (:

oh and IHP presentation sucked
me and kwanwei were like: we're so dead the entire time lol
aiyah but thankfully it's over already
hopefully we can score more marks on the content part

we went down to eat

and after that i curled up in a chair in the class
with my zen vision w
i finished one pound gospel episode 8!
now i have one more episode left to go
im going to miss kousaku ):

but of course
i got distracted by alicia's psp XD
i think alicia should have learnt her lesson by now
it doesnt make a difference whether she brings her psp to school
because in school everyone will be queueing up to play djmax
and in the end in the entire two plus hours we had to slack
she only touched it like 5 times XD

after that was sports day
for once i dont feel ashamed of being in ursa
ursa rocked today!
everyone was so high
i think they should have a most enthusiastic house award
we would definitely win hands down
i mean the other houses were so dead!
only ursa was being extra and high XD

but we did so, so, so much better than we expected
i was kinda shocked at the total turn around ursa did
oh and the cheerleading segment was the highlight of the day
all the cheerleading routines this year was not only dangerous,
it wasnt really nice either

all the houses all had someone who fell
either they couldnt catch the flyer properly
and she hit the ground
or the flyer couldn't get up properly and fell down
it was super scary
especially during draco's performance
because xinying was performing

and i have to say
watching someone you know perform is really, really scary
because she was one of the flyers and quite a few times
she almost fell off the guys' shoulders
i swear, my heart literally stopped during those moments
but she did a really good job (:
nice going xinying!

aquilla was really good
and ursa was unexpectedly good as well
ursa did us proud by emerging second in the cheerleading competition!
yay *shakes pom poms*
overall, ursa got 4th
but i think its a real big improvement
considering the fact that we came in last for cross country this year
go ursa! (:

after that went out for dinner
and had a nice long chat (:
and tomorrow is a public holiday!
so that means i can sleep in late yay
no school!

remember yesterday how happy i was,

even though its one measly sentence?
whoa, looking back i realize that i get satisfied really easy
because guess what just came up ^^

Today the weather was normal / nothing special!
Yesterday I went to eat with Toma, Toma's mom, my mom, and my sister.
What kind of combination is that / do I call that (laughs)

MA~ I've known them since I was 11 years old
We're pretty much friends that know and understand everything about each other ne!
I'm so happy!

While with Toma this is what we chatted about!
In order to combat Tegomassu [Note: I wasn't sure what word to use instead of 'combat', but he means it in a fun and friendly way ^^]
Why don't we make a tomayama! (laughs)

Ah ~ Even though right now it's unrealistic.
But maybe sometime we can do a drama or a stage performance / play
Or we can do something live [Note: Aww Pi ^^ keep hoping!!! Maybe one day~]
It will definitely be very happy ne

Saying it like that It's my dream ne!
Because before NEWS was formed
We were always together [Note: We = Pi and Toma]

And without knowing it
we were fondly remembering / reminiscing,
and the more we talked the farther we got ne.

And then on the way home,
a man that I don't know came from behind and put his arm on my shoulder!
Pushed himself between me and Toma,

And I thought, "Who is this guy"
And so I turned around.
It was actually Hasegawa Jun! [Note: He was in 4TOPS too. Wow, what are the chances?]

physics was fun too haha
because we did this experiment
so basically today was more fun than the other days
and the three sciences were endurable and enjoyable for once (:

its scary you know
because yesterday i was posting
how sad i was that yamapi & shige were getting closer
and how yamapi was abandoning toma
and i was wishing really hard for yamapi to post about toma in his jweb

and when today i opened up the community page,
i saw this!

hmm okay updates
this weekend has been the slackest weekend i had this year
which i am so glad for
because there was no homework
and there's no pressing project to hand in this week
its been a long time since i could kick back and relax

today we had our first lit opt lesson
our teacher isnt ms sandhya, like we thought it'd be
it was mr james ho instead
when we first saw him, we went O.O he teaches lit?
but into the lesson,
i loved him & this module

we're doing romeo & juliet
and for this lesson we did this quiz on shakespeare
mr ho rocks,
he even managed to bring in england's history ^^
and its about my favourite timeline, the tudor house
where it has king henry VIII, anne boleyn, catherine & jane seymour
the resulting catfight over this king who isnt even worthy
and he's really nice & interesting too
im looking forward to how this module will turn out (:
i just pity those people doing history XD

oh yes and im really, really happy now
ecstatic even
because on top of yamapi's jweb post,
daniel gave me a few addons for mozilla firefox
one is a download accelerator and the other is a megaupload free slot generator

i've been rather worried about my internet connection speed these days
because its been staying at 48kbps, which is really sad
so the whole week, i couldnt download anything because the speed is too slow
and my download just shuts off halfway

but the download accelerator is fantastic
im going crazy trying to download everything i wanted
making up for lost time haha
even though the download speed is still slower than normal,
at least its at a proper speed
i shall go investigate the problem later ^^

i managed to finish downloading my sensei wa erai
& my gokusen 2 special reunion!
i couldnt stay away from my sensei wa erai
i just had to watch it, with or without subs

especially ai no matador & nantoka narusa
ai no matador is really nice, has that spanish feel to it
and nantoka narusa was a pretty much solo by massu,
with a few lines by yamapi & kei!
that's why i love this song

as i said, i hate being sick

but thank goodness im almost over the stupid flu

and i have no more fever already yay!

friday was spent sleeping the whole day away

and i finished watching kurosagi!

the ending was interesting haha

but i heard the kurosagi movie is lousy

yamapi speaks bad english there

tsurara(maki) only appeared for 15 minutes (what desu yo!)

and the plot was lousy

oh but i guess watching yamapi is worth enduring the lousy plot

the only thing i feel sad about is that tsurara was only given a short screentime

i wish they developed hers and kurosaki's relationship more

in the drama it was rather vague

i was hoping that they'd develop it more during the movie
but from what i heard- not a chance

aaah nevermind

i shall just go watch and see for myself ^^

oh yes have i mentioned how much i hate cats?

i got 113, and my scales got 18/21

today was funny

but now jin is so reserved

kame doesnt look as healthy as last time

today we had like an unofficial half day

miss ong didnt come for once *gasps*

i think its the first LA lesson we missed

and we had no service learning either

because of some hand food and mouth disease outbreak at the centres

woohoo!

one less week of getting bullied by the kids

so i was in a dilemma

school ended at 12.45 technically for me

so i had five hours to kill until it was guitar at 5pm

but there is no way i am going to stay in school all five hours and wait

and i really, really didnt want to go

so i decided to think of reasons why i couldnt go!

but in the end i arrived at the conclusion that

just going for the practice is less tiring than trying to think of a reason not to go

and then i remembered daddy was on leave today

so he was my personal chauffeur for the day

i love you daddy!

he fetched me home at 12.45,

then sent me to school at 5pm,

then fetched me from guitar at like 7pm

haha my daddy's so sweet ^^

oh and today in guitar we learned a new song

to play in japan and its called shabondama

or something like that

it has the same tune as jesus loves me!

and all the dynamics are in japanese

so its damn cool
they put like

i had a great time trying to decipher the dynamics haha

oh and today mr foo said that

its been proven that those who eat raw meat have slower reactions

because the raw meat contains a certain virus

that causes the body to have slower reaction

and shuyi was just hilarious today during bio

i shall not say what happened,

then on friday we had cashflow competition!

and i've learned more about the financial world

but i will never venture into the business realm

in korea i only managed to bargain the price down by 100 won

oh and friday we had feeling fab,

and ours was massage

lol alicia was having fun tickling me T_T

but the massage seriously felt good

other than the fact that alicia had fun at my expense of course

then we watched this really boring movie

of 12 men in a courtroom

the whole one & half hour movie took place in that room

nowhere else

so me, alicia & kw occupied ourselves with other things ^^

oh and after that,

me, alicia, siling & kw went down to some ulu fbt place

to get our class jerseys

the only design we could get was red and white

and we had a hilarious time there

about the sizes, and how we could write our own ghost stories XD

oh! and also how kw slid on the floor and almost flattened all of us

it was simply hilarious ^^

and on the mrt me & siling were arguing that each of our guys were good boys lol

my draco & chinen are good boys! ^^

oh yes and on sunday me & yvette went out for lunch ^^

the takoyaki auntie freaked me out

kame&yamada in one pound no fukuin ^^

i've been watching one pound no fukuin

ohmigosh i simply LOVE this drama!

kame's acting as an overweight boxer, who falls in love with sister angela, a nun

its seriously, seriously funny

especially those scenes with kousaku, kame's character, in it

the whole drama is simply really funny

actually i think that the plot is pretty mediocre

i wouldnt be interested in it if it wasnt for kame acting in it, honestly

kame really brought life into the show as kousaku

he's played so many roles

from the angsty-ly poor hiroto,

to the amazingly cute ishida,

to the angsty-ly cool ryu,

and the amazingly good-natured yuuki,

and the cool popular shuji

he brought out all their characters perfectly

kame really has the gift of acting

and now he took on a different role,

as the humorously gluttonous kousaku

who is very simple minded

all thats in his mind is:

boxing, food & sister angela

you people should seriously watch it!

kame acts really, really well here

and its really funny

i cracked up at every scene haha

oh and honey and clover

its really a love triangle, rectangle, hexagon etc.

but its worth watching because of the amazingly cute+hot toma,

and the amazingly cute narumi riko

they look so cute together haha

poor toma

he's terrified of wearing shorts now

because his character, takemoto never wears anything else but shorts

he was so grateful to get into the role of nakatsu again because he could wear jeans! haha

oh and today sharlene told me that

there's going to be a taiwanese adaptation of honey and clover

*pukes*

and joecheng is going to be acting in it

*double pukes*

all the more for me to stay away from it XD

i think im biased to all things but japanese

i hate taiwanese stuff with a passion now

and i dont like korean either,

except for my cute/hot lee joon ki!

but im definitely not going to watch

they butchered hanakimi

in the taiwanese adaptation,

(i dont even have to watch it to know XD)

and i bet they're going to butcher honey and clover

and ruin my darling toma's image

SENSEI WA ERAI IS OUT!

after like a month of waiting,
its finally out ^^
i havent' got a chance to watch it yet
someone uploaded it on veoh,
but the quality is horrible
so i dont want to watch heh

i waited to open my birthday present for two months

the female lead, Aibu Saki
isn't that bad looking
i can live watching her as riko

and ohmygosh the male cast is terrific
i didnt realize who was the male cast!

and i remembered thinking that tsuchiya was damn good looking

i shall work harder
so i can play well during the concert
and during the japan trip!
so i can go to japan with no regrets
and enjoy myself there
breathing in the same air as my jap boys ^^

oh yes
korean fangirls
they nearly trampled poor yamapi at the korean airport
apparently,
yamapi was there for a personal holiday
with shirota yuu's brother (why not toma? dumb ol' pi -.-)
and apparently
the fangirls in korea have some mafia contact system
because he was there for two days
and in two days
the news spread until at the airport,
there were 1000 over fangirls

the worst part is
since its a personal holiday,
pi had no bodyguards
and he had to brave the screaming crowd of mad fangirls
they ripped his shirt,
pulled his hair
and someone's present bonked off his head
(someone threw a present at his head -.-)

and when pi finally made it through the screaming madness
of fangirls,
he was exhausted and was crouching to catch his breath
like he just went through a forest of wild animals
which technically, he did
and the thing is
pi was still the sweetest guy on earth even after being trampled by his fangirls
he, even while braving through that mad crowd,
stopped to help a fangirl who had fallen down and was being
stampeded like him
how sweet is that goshhh
(if toma was there i bet he'd protect pi- or maybe pi'd protect him XD)

i just went to cut my hair
now my fringe is short
and my hair is really thin
and really layered
at least at the bottom
at the top is still puffy -.-

just came back from my grandma's house
its nice to see that us cousins have grown closer
im just sad that ahgong isnt around to see
i know he was worried that we werent close to each other
its just sad that only when he leaves that we learn to treasure each other

because this time i voluntarily went to offer my services to outlining stars

the previous two nights were spent
cutting and outlining stars
for kor's SC campaign

& hey say jump tokyo dome concert DVD
i hope sensei wa erai is a proper drama series
because the CM kept saying it was a special drama or something like that

if its a proper drama
i'll just faint with happiness ^^

and massu is just so, so cute
im watching gachi baka now
and the sensei is so adorable he cracks me up haha
and massu & tegoshi are acting in it!
massu is climbing up to be one of my favourite JE people
his smile is so infectious
and its so wide and sincere
everytime he smiles i feel all warm inside ^^
that's something only massu can do haha

and tegoshi looks quite cool in the drama
he was given the bad boy image

oh and one pound fukuin finished airing, with 9 episodes
i shall go download it later
can't wait to see kame in it
i watched the first and third episodes, without subs
and on youtube some more,
so the drama didnt leave a very good impression on me
but i think kame acted really well in the drama
he's a versatile actor
i can't wait for him to act in more dramas ^^

yamapi too,
he's a really good actor
and his discography is like whoa
he acted in tons of dramas
so im like working backwards, trying to catch up
i miss the teenage yamapi
where he was so skinny and cute
i like the skinny him in contrast to the muscly him now lol

i went down today to kinokuniya with zhangqiao
to get my magazines + singapore in a nutshell
but guess what
i got my magazines,
but singapore in a nutshell was out of stock!
so i left my name with them
and they'll call me when it arrives
so that means another trip down to kinokuniya

me & zhangqiao ate at yoshinoya for dinner
that girl wanted to eat at sakae sushi
what a spendthrift lol *shakes head*
but im glad that me and zhangqiao got alot closer this year
we bonded over common interests XD

and speaking of my magazines
actually its not worth buying for those who only like one group
or one person
because the whole magazine has
debuted groups, like hey say jump, NEWS, kat-tun,
johnny's juniors like TOMA =D, shintaro, kyomoto
johnny's junior groups like question, ABC
and long debuted groups like tackey & tsubasa, kinki kids

so seriously
its only worth buying if you like all
and it so happens that as i delve deeper into the wonderful world of johnny's
i end up liking all ^^
so its worth it for me haha

and chinen is just simply getting hotter and hotter
he's looking cooler and cooler in magazines,
but of couse he still has that baby look and face
and it doesnt help that he's so tiny
but then again,
if he becomes big, he cant sit in yamada's or hey say best's laps
so its okay for him to remain small ^^

but in videos,
especially the HSF medley clip,
he looks damn cool now (:
my chinen is growing up!
and i cant wait to see how is voice will sound like after it breaks
i think it'll be like yabu's
yabu's voice is still quite high after breaking

and i love ya-ya-yah episodes
its such a funny show
and ya-ya-yah was so cute

and taiyo makes me crack up
he's just so adorable! and blur ^^

so almost every episode there were

today we had the most horrible physics practical
we all couldnt finish the test
and the graph was negative
so i drew wrongly and had to re-do,

april is going to be the most perfect month ever

1. sensei wa erai starts showing on april 12th

i've already publicised it like mad lol
anyway
its chinen, yamada, yuto & daiki together
i can predict this is going to be my top favourite, if not favourite dramas (:

2. NEW: hey say jump DVD is going to be released on april 30th
excuse me while i scream
*screams*
i have been waiting, and waiting, and waiting for a hsj DVD release
and this DVD release not only shows their debut concert
(on the 22nd december, MY birthday, on the day i was in JAPAN, and i missed it)
it also shows footages of their performances from their debut at yokohama arena,
up to their debut concert

i can finally see chinen's bungee jump and his solo! =D
after catching so many teasers on the TV station's exclusive on their concert
i can finally watch it for myself =D
on shounen club,
almost all their solos have been performed-
yabu's rain dance, yamada's perfume, hikaru's flame of life;
yuto has already performed so many solos on shounen club
all that's left is chinen's one ^^

i really feel like getting this DVD
but its $62.23 from CDJapan
or i could wait until someone kind uploads the whole DVD
oooo i have a feeling NEWShfan may sub & upload it
since she subbed the hey say 7 making of DVD

i finished watching one litre of tears
and its really nice + sad

anyway i got my chinen already why would i want ryo? XD

i was watching the last episode of one litre of tears
and as usual i was bawling
and when aya died,
it suddenly started raining really, really hard

the funny thing was that the sky was really clear before that
and it was just at the moment of her death that it started raining
and it stopped raining when i finished the drama
it kinda freaked me out
i mean its just a DRAMA
but then again, its based on a real story
cool huh
(i should spend more time studying than thinking about all these useless things)

now i have kurosagi, honey and clover, one pound no fukuin, yukan club, sapuri & sore wa totsuzen to finish watching

happy because he is going to be such a heartbreaker
and he's going to be as good looking as yamapi, kame etc.

and he's going to grow and look older than me

i mean honestly people!
he's only one year younger than me
that does not make me a pedophile
plus in november, after his birthday,
we'll be the same age

but im sad because his voice is one of the things i love the most about him
i just downloaded the heisei families 2007 hit medley clip
and i loved it
the hey say 7 boys were dressed in damn cool clothes
all in black and white,
like hey say best dresses on shounen club which makes them look hot
and the medley is as follows:

a nice line up of hit singles from 2007,
which i love except for kanjani 8's one
i cracked up when i saw chinen singing arashi's love so sweet
its rigged i tell you!
it figures since that chinen is the ultimate ohno fanboy,
(he obsesses over him as much as i obsess over him!)
they'd give him arashi's song to sing XD
he even caught ohno's autographed signboard how lucky is that-
and the thing is; ohno was throwing it towards chinen
chinen is one lucky guy =D

and CHINEN'S VOICE IS SERIOUSLY BREAKING!
his voice is still so much higher compared to the rest
but now you can hear a tinge of lowness already
his voice isnt as high as it used to be
im going to miss that
i seriously love his voice
i dont just love him for his looks
i love him for his voice too

someday when his voice breaks completely
i wonder how low it'll get
im going to miss hearing his lalalas that only he can reach
i hope his voice still remains high enough to reach those notes
like kei-chan's voice! =D

today is the first day of school
and as usual its hard to get out of holiday mode
hols was filled with fun,
with going out & jap dramas all the way (:

me, daphne & zhangqiao's outing on friday was a success!
sky of love was uber nice
we all loved the show and we wanted to go back and see it again
its a really sweet love story
but really sad too

and mise exclusive was finally open! ^^
but the things there are so darn expensive-
one clear folder costs $20.90,
which is ridiculous
but me and daphne really want it >.<
she wants the one of yamapi
i really want the one on koyama & yamapi ):

there were really nice laminated huge pictures for sale
and there was one of chinen which was really, really nice
but it was $10-
even i wont spend $10 for one laminated photo
in the end we just bought small photos

and today was an unexpectedly pleasant day-
i was doing my work,
when suddenly one whole gang of people crowded around me
to be honest
i got really freaked out because they were staring at me & giggling

in the end they whipped out this bag and went happy birthday XD
i was like O.O
you guys are three months late haha
but its the thought that counts
and their present is the best thing that i could ever receive

the first one was this really comfy looking pair of slippers
they're so adorable haha
and they're really comfortable too!

and the second item beat everything else hands down
even if they bought me a bag, or clothes, or anything-
it still wouldn't make me as happy as this

haha i went nuts when i saw it
i knew that such a thing existed
but i gave up on anything else other than my magazines
because i thought they didnt sell in singapore
and they actually found it! =D

it was really really nice & sweet of them to do so
i can imagine the cashier's face when they called up kinokuniya asking
whether they had any hey say jump merchandise
and some more this was the last copy left and it was at bugis
so they reserved it and rushed down to bugis to get it for me
i was so touched by it (:
and some more they panicked when they realized there was no chinen inside XD
because its the hey say best version-
the hey say 7 version isn't out yet haha

alicia even wrapped it for me!
no wonder the other night she suddenly asked me
how i would wrap my books
whether the corner is triangle or square XD
and this was the secret that they were sneaking around for weeks

kame, yamapi, jin, koyama & chinen;
hey say jump, NEWS & kat-tun;
for one simple reason:
it helps me to forget that such unreasonable people exist in this world

anyway the torturous term 1 is finally over
and my hiatus is over too
(though i never did officially announce one)
lets see a few highlights again:

1. review week is over
yep as the title says,
review week is over
no more mugging thank goodness;
at least for now
but i dont get it
why cant i just enjoy this holiday and not worry about mugging?

seriously
i have no life
all i do everyday is come home and mug
so is it so much to ask for me to just enjoy this pathethic bleeding one week of holiday?
instead of just mugging my ass off 24/7
im not some super human
or some super mugger
or some data digesting machine like shuyi

i have a life
and i want to make the most out of it
is that so wrong?
so what if my interests lie in japanese guys and japanese dramas?
everyone has their own interests;
it just happens that mine lies there

its only when someone points it out
that you realize that you have absolutely no life at all
and you realize how pathetic that is

2. guitar camp is over
^^ i didnt stay over
yay =D
anyway the dreaded guitar camp is finally over
not that it was as bad as i thought it was la
my group was fun at least ^^
and practice went...
okay i guess
guess what
other than mugging studies i have to mug guitar too
fun huh

3. piano exam is over
this one is a big relief
all the practicing and stressing out for the exam is over
funny i spent almost half a year practicing for it
and the exam is over in 10 minutes
it doesnt satisfy the
energy input= energy output equation
but at least its over
no more practicing the same old boring pieces
and no more practicing horrible scales
at least i can play what i like to play now

4. i have rediscovered my love for kame
*beams*
i can't believe i didnt really find him interesting once
now im ga-ga over him
along with chinen, yamapi, koyama, toma- you get the point
he's just so _____. (fill in all the possible good adjectives you can think of ie. sexy =D)
i love his singing (though some people say it sucks)
i love his dancing (though it can't compare to some)
i love his acting (i love his dramas as much as i love yamapi's ones =D)
i just love kame in general

5. i discovered tatta hitotsu no koi
this is absolutely one of the best dramas
and one of my favourite ones
its one of those dramas that capture your attention
from the beginning to the end
at least it did for me

but believe it or not,
after watching tons of japanese dramas,
this is the first japanese love drama that i've watched
this proves how diverse japanese dramas are in contrast to say
taiwanese and korean (ducks flying pots and pans coming from germ-i swear one of these days that girl is going to kill me for insulting her dear ISWAK all the time XD)

anyway back to the main point
KAME ACTED IN IT
thats reason enough to watch ^^
but i love kame's acting, seriously
i love him in gokusen 2, where he acted as the angsty ryu
sapuri, where he acted as the silly ishida yuya
nobuta wo produce, where he acted as the popular shuji
and now i love him in tatta hitotsu no koi,
where he acted as the hot but poor hiroto

one funny thing was that i kept thinking that kame is a really good hugger
i watched him hug nao throughout the whole drama
and his arms seem really comfortable ^^;
i just have this feeling that he's a really good hugger XD

anyway tatta hitotsu no koi is a drama worth watching
plotwise its sort of like those typical
two people from different status meet and fall in love
facing many different obstacles along the way
but somehow the way the drama was directed and the acting
really sets it apart from the rest-
watch it! =D

6. koyama guest-starred in kurosagi episode 2
yep koyama costarred along with yamapi in kurosagi episode 2 ^^
these two are my favourite in NEWS
and they acted in the same drama!
kyaaa~ XD
but its only for one episode- sad

but the main reason why this comes under a highlight
is not the relationship between koyama & yamapi,
rather its the relationship between the characters they play
koyama plays satoshi, kurosaki's ex-you can say-best friend
and the interaction between them is heartwrenching

you can see the pain kurosaki felt when he realized that satoshi was a swindler,
one of the people he hates the most
and you can see how much satoshi trusted and treasured kurosaki
to tell him that he was a swindler, to put his whole fate in kurosaki's hands
and in the end,
when kurosaki betrayed him,
my heart wrenched for satoshi who trusted him so innocently,
not knowing that his words were used against him

but then again,
kurosaki also had to face the pain of betraying his friend,
because he wants the best for satoshi
in the end, the part that hit me the most
was when that stupid detective guy asked kurosaki
if he'd go over the fence for satoshi,
as satoshi once did for kurosaki,
and kurosaki just walked away, leaving satoshi behind

T_T what a heartwrenching episode
i cried while watching it, amazingly
and as you can tell
i only watched up till that episode -.-
because for me that episode is the best one that they can ever produce
the others dont hold much interest for me
but i shall finish kurosagi because all in all,
kurosagi is an interesting drama
its a very different one, something like tantei gakuen, except much darker
its just that i get sidetracked really easily ^^;

7. proposal daisakusen was a let-down
i can't believe it either
i kinda had high hopes for yamapi's new drama, proposal daisakusen
but i only watched the first episode and i didnt like it
i stopped watching it already

the 'hallelujah' part is getting irritating
ken is irritating me with his wishywashyness
i dont like the main female lead
somehow she just rubs me the wrong way
i kinda find the whole plot ridiculous

8. me, zhangqiao & daphne are going to mise exclusive & to watch sky of love tmr
we went out on saturday,
but mise exclusive is closed
so now im crossing my fingers and praying that it'd be open tmr
but the real highlight is that we're going to watch sky of love =D

we were stuck on saturday,
whether to watch sky of love or L change the world
because i saw that sky of love hit number 1 in japan's box office,
and it looked nice
but in the end we decided to watch L change the world

L change the world is not bad for a spinoff
its quite nice actually
but the gore *shudders*
its a lot worse than the original deathnote movies in terms of that
but L is so cute in this movie
his character is really developed more in this spin off
all thats missing now is light ):

then outside the lift,
we saw the trailer for sky of love
and we immediately got hooked
we even wanted to go back and watch it on the same day lol
but we're going to watch tmr ^^ yay for us
and my day will be perfect if mise exclusive was open =D

9. my magazine collection is expanding
everytime i look at my magazines
a warm fuzzy feeling arises in me ^^
but my wallet has the exact opposite reaction >.<

10. the new drama starring my favourite, favourite boys: sensei wa erai
the best should be saved for the last yep?
in april,
chinen, yamada, yuto & daiki
will be starring in a drama: sensei wa erai together
yes TOGETHER
i freaked out when i read kamichan's blog
i mean zomg this is like
kame & yamapi acting together in nobuta wo produce
and
kame & jin & teppei acting together in gokusen 2

its that big
because they are my otp! yamajimachi =D
plus a healthy mix of daiki
these four are my absolute favourite in hey say jump
yamajimachi reminds me of akamepi =D

i squealed and went nuts when i found out about it
and its confirmed,
because the CM for the drama has been released
they're so cute *starry eyes*

this shall be my most highly anticipated drama of all time
i think they're only going to start filming in april
so i guess it'd probably be released in the later part of 2008
but i cant complain
because its already a dream come true that they're starring in the same drama
all four of them!

i mean there were rumours that
chinen, yamada & yuto would star together in gokusen 3
but it turned out to be false
and i let go of my hope for them to star together in a drama
but imagine my shock & happiness
when i get news that the three of them plus the ever adorable daiki
are acting together in the same drama ^^
i can't wait, seriously

but i shall give highlights of the two weeks that i didnt blog at all >.<

1. I GOT MY JAP MAGAZINES =DDDDDDDDDD
this one is the best highlight of all.
170 pages of full colour prints of my favourite boys-
no wonder johnny makes so much money of us fangirls.
plus! in one of the mags,
there's this huge poster of hey say jump =D
one side is hey say 7
& the other side is hey say best

its easy to see which side i put up
of course its the hey say 7 side
duh because thats where my chinen is =D
so now everyday wherever i look in my room i see him ^^

and i took pictures from every angle of my
three mags- duet, potato & winkup
but they're naturally still in my phone =D

2. i found two fellow fangirling people to fangirl with over
i love daphne kok & zhangqiao =D
kok goes nuts with me over all the dramas
& zhangqiao goes nuts with me over all the people that i like!
incidentally, she loves those people that i do too ^^
like yamapi, jin, kame, teppei etc.
YAY =D

3. chinese new year is here
this means that i had 5 days of slackness ^^
these 5 days have been filled with visiting, angbaos
& naturally i had 5 days of nonstop
NEWS, kat-tun, hey say jump & jap dramas =D

but this shall be the last time i fangirl over them so much
because i promised myself
& everyone else
that i shall enjoy during cny
then after that i shall mug nonstop for review week

4. we went out on chinese new year eve
this year chinese new year celebration sucked to the core
we spent 3/4 of the time in the classroom
where i spammed 02jam
its super fun
but i suck at it
lol

and after celebrations,
me, germ, alicia, shuyi, amanda & jonathan
went to parkway for lunch
amanda went off early
& jonathan went home when we went to eat

we went ajisen ramen to eat
& chris joined us after going to vs
we had fun ^^
and my comics finally came out
so now my fruit basket series is complete

and i have one more comic book
before my other series is complete
and i can swear off comic buying
and buying anime stuff
to save for my jap magazines
yay ^^

i shall just stick to online scans ^^
and its after i went japan
that i realized how sucky comics connection is
but thats the best i can get in singapore

well it wasnt as bad as i expected it to be
technically it wasnt really a camp

because on tues & wed,
we went to school at the usual time,
then went to sembawang campsite by a chartered bus

but we stayed over and camp ended today

err my group was rather retarded
our group name is eidolv
go figure out what that's supposed to mean
but it's really fun & crazy
we spend most of the time laughing
HA bananas & the zoo

tuesday was nothing much
except that we built a race car out of newspaper
that had no backdoor
but because of that,

wednesday we went to the childcare centre
almost all the v14 people went to the same one =D

i read to her and stuff
and when we had to leave

thursday was more fun
we had some cool board game

and it was rather nice

at night we had murder mayham

anyway today was a busybusy day
i got up for piano at like 9,
then rushed off to the sitex show
at singapore expo

we went to this spin off of jack's place for lunch
and guess what happened
we wanted to get the student saver's meal
which started at 1.30pm
and it was around 1.15pm when we went in
so you know what the waitress asked us to do?
she asked us to go out
and come back in twenty minutes

i mean hello?
how ridiculous is that?
the restaurant wasnt even half full!
such bad attitudes
but thats not the one im mad about
though im irritated by this one

in the end we decided we didnt have time for lunch
so we walked around and bought food to eat
before catching enchanted

the show was nice =D
i liked the cartoon part the best haha
and the girl was really pretty!
i have to go find out that actress name
and the songs were really nice!
the four of us couldn't get the songs out of our head >.<

but one question
how come the other girl is so ugly in real life
but she suddenly becomes so pretty in the cartoon?
its ridiculous lol

after that we went to spin the machine

for the japan trip tour briefing by SA tourgroup,
which is the tourgroup we're taking

okay that's where my rant starts
our trip is from 18th-27th december
18th-24th in hokkaido following the tour group
and 24th-27th in tokyo on our own
get this
they told us that we were leaving on the 26th

the lady who we booked the tour with
said that she called daddy up
and told him its the 26th and showed us what she recorded down
but daddy insisted she told him 27th

okay, yes
there's no evidence
you cant tell who is right
but she claimed that what she recorded down was evidence
i mean hello?
you can change what you recorded down
you could have recorded it down later
and forgot what you said
and she herself said that she cant remember what she said
because there's so many people everyday

AND
number 1:
she doesnt care that our holiday plans have been disrupted
we planned to spend 3 days there
so we could see everything
and now our trip is cut short to about two days

number 2:
she is so bloody unpleasant
and impolite
and rude
when we started off and asked her real nicely
what happened
she said
oh its not my fault
.....

DON'T YOU JUST FEEL LIKE SLAPPING THESE PEOPLE?
fine, if you think its not your fault then alright
but dont say it in front of us please
it'll just serve to make us angrier
especially since we were really upset over the change in dates

and she never said sorry once

oh the flights are all fully booked so you cant take them
there's nothing we can do

a more polite way of saying would be
im sorry, but all the flights from japan back to singapore are booked until chinese new year, so im afraid we can't change you to another flight.

wouldn't life be so much better
if they just put a bit more effort on their service?
because their service gives the impression of the company
and let me say this
her service
has just spoiled the whole image of SA tours for us
we are definitely not going to go back there

and you cant blame us
because if you were us
wouldnt you just be majorly pissed off
at the attitude you get
when you're already so upset over your holiday plans being ruined

i was digging through the cam pictures
for our malaysia trip ones
and guess what-
i found pictures of the stuff
i bought from korea! =D

heh all these are mine
amazing huh
but 15/16 of them were bought on the last day of the trip
i went crazy because i wanted to get stuff
and we didnt have any shopping time
till the last day

and these are the stuff kor bought for me
from japan! =D
all anime + orlando bloom from POTC =D
i love the deathnote poster the most-
its the anime version!
so that means i get to see my lovely bishies
light & L =D

anyway back to the trip
it was quite a short drive down
we went to sofitel palm resort
in JB
and boy that place is super nice
the toilets have aircon!
*gasp*
how high class is that!

and the rooms are nice =D
me, kor & kenneth shared a room
but the toilet is the real best part of the room
its like humongous
and ultra nice
i never stepped in such a nice toilet in a room before-
okay maybe i have
but its not often, i assure you!
i forgot to take a picture of the toilet T_T

we played pool
but for all the niceness of the hotel
the game facilities sucked
one pool table was out of order
and the other pool table was lumpy
and our balls kept getting stuck inside the pool table
so we had to keep calling the guy over for help

we went swimming after that-
first time in this year i swam >.<
dinner we went out
and we shopped! =D
i bought two t-shirts plus a pair of brown converse shoes =DDDD
i bought the t-shirts for $10 altogether
and the shoes cost me only $45
heh brilliant huh
i love shopping in malaysia

oh me & shanice did sandart!
believe it or not
its the first time i did it
what a deprived childhood i have T_T
i was such a noob
even shanice was laughing at me
sigh

next day we went bowling & shopping again
but there was nothing much to shop
actually we just hung around the resort
oh and in the evening
we went to play football
and my goodness
i have bruises every inch of my legs
know why?

because of KENNETH SEE
he kicked the ball at me in close range
with full force
the ball rebounded over different parts of my legs
ever time T_T

and at night we watched the match between
bolton & man-u
kor was cursing and swearing
because man-u lost
and they played terribly
that wasnt the worse part

the worse part
was that kenneth kept pulling the blanket
and of course i had to pull back
and kor kept complaining that the blanket was too tight
and he had two empty spaces next to him X)
he was in the middle haha
so we sort of had a blanket fight
and we slept really late
around 1plus to 2

the next day was checkout
we stayed in the room and watched spongebob =D
then we left the hotel
and wanted to stop by a shopping mall
to eat & shop before going back to singapore
but whoa we went on a road trip instead-
here's what happened

kenneth's family was leading at first
but then they missed the shopping centre
and the worst thing is that the shopping centre is next to the highway
and we were on the highway,
so there wasn't any u-turning
we pulled over,
discussed the situation,
asked for directions
then daddy led instead

the guy told us to turn left, left & left
but daddy missed the left turn
so we continued on the expressway
by now we were freaking out
obviously
but thankfully we found a u-turn
so we u-turned
and promptly backtracked

but guess what?
we missed the turn again!
*grins*
and we travelled all the way back
because there wasnt any uturn nearby
and we travelled like 1/2 of the distance
back to the resort heh
then we finally found a uturn
and back we went again

this time, we turned at the correct junction
and we got into the shopping mall!
NOT
this time, yes we turned in time
but there were two options
turn or go straight

me, mummy & kor
were yelling at daddy to turn left
but he decided to trust his instincts
which happened to be wrong
and went straight
and guess what again?
we missed the turn! heh

we were ready to jump out of the car already haha
so this time
instead of going back to the highway
we tried the turn left, left & left part
we turned correctly
but then promptly got lost
in the huge network of roads in that part
heh

so in the end,
we gave up
and we asked kenneth's family to lead instead
and guess what?
they brought us to the shopping mall!

so in the end we concluded
when daddy's in the back, following someone
he always makes the right decisions
but when he's in the front leading-
err you can deduce for yourself
from the commentary above X)
all in all
we had a rather funny roadtrip

anyway i cant wait till we go japan!
a few more weeks yay
then i can go shopshopshop for anime
okay maybe i wont
because things in japan are outrageously expensive
but i will be in JAPAN!

okay so apparently we didnt really go round singapore
we just went from bedok to bugis to bishan and back to bedok
yep

met amanda at bedok mrt
and took a train down with her to bugis to meet germ
lol i was telling her about a ~~nightmare~~dream i had last night

but kind of disturbing too
nevermind its top secret =D

anyway met germ at bugis
and we walked around for like close to half hour
trying to find a place to it
all the seats were taken
and pastamania cheated our feelings!
there were signs all over proclaiming pastamania is here
but in the end it was undergoing renovation sheesh

in the end we settled for mos burger
and i was complaining to them about odex
lol i think im really lag
the odex fiasco happened since feb 2007
and it was only last night
that i went to google it and found out the details

got lots of things to say about this fiasco
but i shall not

but all i can say is this:

after that went to central library
in search of our dear dachangjin
but we couldnt find it
so we looked it up on the catalogue
and realized that it was in bishan library
and so we promptly took a train down to bishan

lucky for us

one for each of us

after that went to walk around j8
i havent been there for like two years
last time i went was in sec 1
where i went to j8 twice a week

it was renovated
and it turned out to be exactly like parkway's one

woke up real early
at like 6.30am to follow daddy
so he can drop me off at school
because miss ong wants mine & a few other peoples'
essays and stuff to display at a conference

yep, i am very honoured
BUT
kenneth just msged us to tell us that on saturday
and we have to hand in by monday
& school's closed on sunday
sheesh
so if i dont follow daddy
i have to waste 1 & a half hours travelling
just to drop them off at her locker

reached home at about 7.30am
and daddy went to work
i started a new series!

its a brilliant show
its this virtual reality world
where the characters can battle
and can log in & out and stuff
ultra cool =D

but the show is more of a pyschological show
something like facets of the mind X)
not much action
more on emotions and stuff

went out with godmum after that to orchard
we watched the gameplan
at lido =D
the seats are movable!
i had lots of fun rocking back & forth heh

the gameplan was nice
and it was really sweet =D

after that we went to taka's basement
to eat at this pasta place that we ate at before
godmum was ultra nice & treated me the whole day =D

i had erm salmon pasta
and we had calamari rings with that really nice sauce of theirs!

lunched with cuiting!
for once i only had to wait for her for

which is a HUGE surprise
because usually she makes me wait there for like

latest i waited was one hour -.-

anyway we followed our usual tradition
and ate at the macs near interchange
we sat there and talked for like 3 hours!
it was amazing
but we had a lot to catch up on =D

that silly woman thought that wanyu was coming
imagine our horror when wanyu said at 2.30,
which is the time we're supposed to meet her,
that she just finished comp train & is going for tuition -.-
lol

we went comics connection! =D

and i saw a new manga that i want to buy

but im broke
and im saving up for japan

and i bought shoelaces for my shoe

the gold was brighter than i thought

its around 4.2km i think

i think fanfiction is nice =D

sometimes what the authors can come up with
is absolutely mind boggling;

that they can come up with such a brilliant plot
with all the details
all just based on a universe that the original author presented
obviously there are some absolutely crap ones
that dont even deserve to be labelled as stories
but there are others simply outstanding ones
and i enjoy reading them =D

i wish i could write like that;
but it takes time & practice
but im sure one day i'll be able to get it right =D

anyway now im watching

i think learning japanese is a great help
because when they have the opening sequence
i try to decipher the japanese words at the bottom;

i think im doing too much japanese-

the one place in our body that causes the most pain
is the FOOT
why?

the toenails
1. They are very prone to getting crushed/ they are broken easily
- this causes tremendous pain & bleeding

2. the probability of ingrown toenails are 75% most of the time (for me that is)
- leading to exteme pain again & an operation which causes even more extreme pain
- and oh, you have half a toe missing =D

3. you have to cut them properly or the probability of ingrown toenails goes up to 90%

now on to the foot itself:

the foot
1. the probability of getting blisters when you're wearing a new pair of shoes that haven't been broken in to is 100%
- which again leads to even more extreme pain & hobbling around the whole time looking like an idiot

2. it has a very low tolerance for pain
-which is bad for clumsy people like me who have to knock into at least something everyday

what's brought on this sudden hate for feet?
that's because of this new pair of shoes that i bought
which gave me blisters,
very BAD blisters
causing me to hobble around bugis the whole day today

anyway went out with tzuhsiang today
and while out, realized that my blisters are really bad
and promptly bought one pack of plasters
which i went through in just one day
brilliant huh

we went to eat at yoshinoya
and talked ANIME! =DDDDD
my favourite topic heh
and updating each other
we didnt walk around much
thanks to the most evil part of the body
a.k.a my feet
or more specifically, my BLISTERED feet

today was the last day,
symposium;
the whole week was prep for symposium
and its filled with two things:

2. going out for lunch with the usual people

lol thats all i did this whole week
but it was quite fun la, going out for lunch =D

anw yesterday went out for a nice dinner
with daddy and mummy;
wore high heels for once

my foot slipped
and banged really hard against the foot of the table

two nails on my left foot (thankfully not the big one)
cracked and there was blood everywhere-
lol and it was darn painful!
and bleeding alot
and the nails cant decide whether
they want to drop off or stay put -.-

how unlucky
and it was bleeding all over lol
and the blood was a rich dark red
daddy was really mean-
he laughed at me
and refused to sympathise with me >.<

symposium was slack-
i got there waaay early
so i just sat down,
plugged in my earphones
and read my book, which i thankfully felt like bringing

how embarassing

for the concurrent sessions,
we went to watch earthkeepers & to support germaine,
then american hist to help them start the bidding
LOL in the end the students (namely us)
were the only ones bidding

then it was to LT2 to get our helmsman report,
results slip, my electives report, & imagineering report
it was quite alright-
and now its holidayy! =D

these few days have pretty much been a waste of time
going to school that is
because its symposium preparation the whole way
and im a student supporter

oh wow
so that means i have no role in symposium at all
and all im doing is just going down to school
at my usual time
and leaving at like 8 or 9am?
so much for my precious sleeping time

anyway yesterday,
me, amanda & kwanwei
went down to tampines mall
to get siling's present =D

we ate breakfast at macs first
because everything was still closed
when we reached there
and we spent breakfast
relieving nice memories of our korea trip =D
bus three rocks yea! =D
actually korea trip was fun,
come to think of it =D
especially my bus people yay!

my hotcakes + hashbrown =D

then when the shops finally opened,
we walked around for a long time
trying to decide what to get for siling-
we had lots of fun shopping for her present!

first we stopped at minitoons
and got her a nice green slingbag =D
with a "Y" keychain because there wasnt any "S"
we were nice- we didnt get her a "K"
X)
we got her a waterbottle too =D

then we went to kid's republic
and got her a PACIFIER! =D
its from precious thoughts
and has a protective cover =D
its a gag gift haha
amanda's idea!

next we went down to NTUC to get her
chocolates and amanda threw in fisherman's friend!
and our last stop was at toys r us
where we had lots of fun =D

there was this uber cute pooh
which says pinch my tummy!
but as seen in the picture
it doesnt look very right yea X)
and oh thats kwan wei's hand X)

and we saw this "kiappers"
which cant kiap anything lol!
and finally we bought her her last present-

a rubber duckie bubble thing! you squeeze it and bubbles come out =D

heh it was fun yesterday =D and it was a interesting present okay!

and her face today when she opened the presents was super funny X)

yay to me, amanda & kwanwei for being such brilliant financial literacy students-

today was boring!
compared to yesterday
yesterday we had mainly breakout sessions
and one talk on insurance

breakout sessions were fun =D
more fun than usual haha
we were talking about credit cards
i love my helmsman grp this time too

and xinying is CRAZYYY

today we had two talks
and one breakout session
i was struggling not to fall asleep during all
because they were all so boring

lol then during breakout session
me & xinying sat until our butts damn pain
then we had a brilliant idea

and leaned against it =D
it was comfy until our butts started hurting again
then we sat & leaned on the cushion =D

we had electives walkabout too
me, germ & amanda decided on pyschology
for sem 1!

i think it'll be really popular

im deciding between
geog, nanotechnology & lang arts electives
dont know which one to take lol
and the way they spread out the electives is like urgh

today was the start of
helmsman week 3: financial literacy
its err boring
sadly haha
all the talk about money
and assets and stocks and liabilities
make my head spin

add on to the fact that there are
good assets and bad assets
and a whole other bunch of lingo
this proves that i'll never
be a successful businesswoman lol!

oh but i did learn one thing-
i shall not do impulsive buying anymore! =D
no more walking into shops and seeing cute stuff
and straightaway buying it
and wasting my money T_T

no more ~~comics connection~~ too
....nahh comics connection can be forgiven =D
anyway i want everything in the shop for a looong time
so its not counted as impulsive buying!

went out with yvette & cheryl yesterday-
we took 14 down to plaza sing & the journey was looong
i saw lots of dhs people there
apparently they were having some sort of game
lol called experience
i was nice!
i donated money =D

we went to food court to eat
and i ate my ban mian after a long time!
but i was having a very bad cold,
went through one packet of tissue in less than half a day
so i couldnt even smell my lovely ban mian ):

walked around for awhile

i found my dream techno gadget!

it can play videos, music, & store photos and stuff

and its 60GB!

thats like the storage space of my computer

its going for $576

i dont mind not having a psp if i can have a zen vision w ):

and bring it around with me and watch anytime i want!

gosh it sounds more appealing by the minute

i wonder if it'd be too much to ask for as a birthday present

it was super funny la

then we had the html course after that
its useful
because now i can attempt making my own blogskin
i shall learn photoshop on my own
so i can photoshop pictures

gosh there's so many things i want to learn
but as usual
they all fly out of my head after awhile
i shall write down a list of what i want to do =D
along with studying for chem repaper )))):

we went parkway after that for lunch
and walked around for awhile before going home
i went to play DOA 4 again! haha
but i hate alpha-125
she's horrible

and i love eliot!
everytime my character has to fight against him
my heart breaks ):
and i dont want to play anymore of eliot's story mode
because i've unlocked all the costumes already
biased game producers
giving people like kasumi 8 costumes
while eliot only has 4 ):

and i dont want to play kasumi's story mode
to unlock the other 4 costumes
because i always lose to alpha-125 in the end
and it drives me nuts
so i cant unlock her costumes
sheesh

oh and the DOA movie sucks man!
compared to the game
its like ayane is JAPANESE
and they put an american actor with a purple wig there
and ryu is supposed to look super cool!
but he looks like a little lapdog of kasumi's

and kasumi is supposed to have red hair!
and she's supposed to be all loving and caring
but in the movie
she's played by devon, the actress who played the imba miho in sin city
and she has absolutely no expression
there's no difference between the times when she laughs or when she's angry

and christie!
she's supposed to have white hair
and she's supposed to be damn cool
and evil and all the stuff
but in the movie
she's even friendlier than kasumi -.-
what a total let down

my average is really really low

those few interaction scenes between them
are my favourites =D

i shall go play final fantasy 7!
but i think i'm going to be disappointed
because the graphics in ff7 honestly suck to the core
the fmvs are all only animated chibis
which do not look cute at all
and there's still aerith
who's hanging onto cloud
but im still going to play HEH

which is zack's story!

we got back chem last week
and i FAILED chem!

today we got back chinese, physics & maths
i just passed chinese
physics i got 70/100 just nice! =D
and maths i got 62- quite okay i guess
but i should have done better

and now i can get more storage space for my com HA
because i made a deal with my dad-
if i get 70 for maths or physics
he'll get me extra storage space

so i got more space to put my anime!

today during break
we were playing bingo =D
a modified version of bingo haha

today had 07v14 class outing!
about 17 people turned up,
so its more than half which is good! =D

met amanda at bedok interchange
and we took bus down to tao nan
LOL we were trying to drag and drag
so as to give AHEM and AHEM more time alone
but alas
jonathan ar
he ruined our plan lol!

met germ, chris & jonathan
at the tao nan bus stop
and chris led us to ECP macs
lol he took so many detours and stuff
we were saying that we'd end up back in the same place!

we ate lunch at macs
and met the rest there
before going down to the beach to play
we played a bit of volleyball & captain's ball
before the sky got really dark
and it started to rain ):

so we took refuge in the bowling alley
we played two games each
my first game was quite good! =D
but my second game was really really lousy lol!
no face already haha

we went up to the lousy arcade after that
and hung around
before me & germ decided that we didnt come to the beach to play arcade
so we went off to rollerblade

its really expensive to rent rollerblades!
$10 for 2 hours jeez
next time we'll just bring our own la
chris wanted to learn too,
so he rented rollerblades
while the rest cycled

it was really exhausting & hard to teach him
because it was raining and it was really wet
so the chances of falling were really high lol!
he fell quite alot of times haha!
but he managed to get the hang of it!
all he needs is more practice-
but i think he's sworn off rollerblading already heh

then when we were returning our skates
chris banged into germ on a slope and i banged into him
and we all fell in one huge pile lol!
it was really funny
and we just sat there and started laughing haha

we went to macs after that to wash up and stuff
before going home

after a loong time-
and im glad i went,
because we got this magazine called
"Hope Xtreme"
and i think its a really good magazine
because it spoke to me,
or rather God used it to speak to me
to get me over & tide me over
this difficult time im facing now

The Rejection Effect

Wanting revenge
It's really easy to get sucked into the revenge game because you want the person who hurt you to hurt the same way you do...or worse! You think it'll make you feel better, but it only creates more problems. Because if you cause others pain, you are no better than they are.

Revenge only kicks off a chain reaction because when you get that person back, he will want to get you back, and pretty soon you have a war of wills that's going nowhere. Who wins? No one!

Jesus said, "You know that you have been taught 'An eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth.' But i tell you not to try to get even with a person who has done something to you."

Dealing with anger
It's okay to feel angry when you're hurt, but if revenge isn't the answer, how do you shake off your anger? The key is to be angry at the person's actions, not at the person. Anger is an emotion, and in time it will go away all by itself unless you are holding a grudge against the person who hurt you.

Jesus said, "But i promise you that if you are angry with someone, you will have to stand trial. If you call someone a fool, you will be taken to court."

Getting rid of a grudge
The best way to purge a grudge is to forgive the person who hurt you. That doesn't mean you agree with what the person did or that you have to trust the person again. Forgiveness just means you're not going to hold a person's actions against him. You've made a decision to get over it. You won't rub it into his face, and you won't try to get back at him.

Sounds like you're letting the offending person off way too easily? Forgiveness is actually the best thing you can do for you. That's because if you keep holding on to the pain after someone hurts you, it will only make you mega-miserable.

Maybe you think the other person doesn't deserve your forgiveness. Well, you're right- he doesn't! No one deserves forgiveness, not even you. But its the best way to go, and you never know when you might need someone's else forgiveness too! Just think about all those times someone has forgiven you, even when you didn't deserve it/

Will I ever be able to trust again?
After you have been rejected, you might be scared to trust anyone else. It takes time for anyone to build trust back up after being totally let down, but as long as you deal with your anger and forgive the one who hurt you, your ability to turst will eventually come back. The key is learning to trust the right people.

* "Don't condemn others, and God won't condemn you. God will be as hard as you as you are on others! He will treat you exactly as you treat them."

i've been doing a bit of self reflecting
after many things have made me aware
of things that i have never known
and its not going to be easy living
with what i have chosen to do
but im willing to take the first step

God has shown me this article for a reason,
and for once, i will accept it bravely
and follow His Word.

Its not going to be easy, i know
i may disappoint him many times,
and i may disappoint myself
but i will take the first step to finding peace in my heart
and finding space to forgive others

i am not proud of how i've been acting
i've been distancing myself from Him this whole year
he has given me many trials and tribulations
and he's been waiting patiently at one side,
for me to just lower my pride,
forget everything
and just seek him for help

but i've ignored him
i've struggled on with my worldly strength,
strength that will get me nowhere
and i've been continually failing
and exhausting myself

but He's always been waiting at one side for me,
waiting for the day that i face up to my mistakes
and seek him and go back to him
and he has proven faithful
although what he has given me may not be much
but it has given me the strength
to take the first step
towards forgiveness

For He has said:
"He gives power to those who are tired and worn out; he offers strength to the weak. Even youths will become exhausted, and young men will give up. But those who wait on the Lord will find new strenth."
-Isaiah 40:29-31

Its still hard to forgive,
because the wound is still fresh,
and it may take days, weeks or even months,
but with time and with God's strength and guidance
I know i will be able to fully forgive and forget
I want to shine for him
and be an example to the rest of the world
and not be petty and hang on to grudges
like others do
because i have God's peace within me

some may scoff and say that im just spouting bullshit
but that's okay because i know better
and it doesn't matter what they think
or what i appear to them as
because i am proud to be me
and i am proud of my decision
and no one can ever fault me that

i just feel sorry for them
because they've not experienced what i have
and for that, they will never find peace

it was such a nice day haha
me, germ, amanda, siling, kwanwei, chris & jonathan
went out to marina square to play arcade! =D

kwan wei went home first to get his clothes
because he never bring home clothes

and we stayed around in class awhile longer
and me, alicia, germ & amanda were talking about
*ahem* something X)

then we took a bus down to marinasquare
& met kw & jonathan at mcdonalds for breakfast!
i didnt eat pancakes because recently
daddy's been cooking pancakes for breakfast
so i ate egg mcmuffin!
been a long time since i ate mcdonalds breakfast

then chris was the first one to finish
so he started to make a mini-pie
made up of:
pepper, salt, butter, chilli, milk powder, sugar, jam & maple syrup
ewwww! >.<
lol my stomach's churning now, thinking of it

then we went to ARCADE! =D
me & kw wasted 3 dollars on house of the dead 4,
but its okay
since the two of us were itching to get our hands on it
& shoot some zombies
and relieve some stress lol!

on the way to the arcade, we saw this chocolate santa!

then we went to bowl =D
i love bowling yay!
believe it or not, its the first time kwan wei is bowling!
and he doesnt know how to lol!
damn funny;

he push the ball right,
the ball move damn slowly
and still got sound effect lor!

but he got the highest among the boys,

and the boys were so sad,
the girls total score was like 3 times theirs =D
and it was damn funny
because we were shouting stuff when each person bowled

then we went to play arcade again,

had invigorate today!
i actually planned on not playing
and slacking off for once
but then
sadly i had to play lol

but it was kinda fun
but really tiring
we joined with the senior ip2 class

& we got trashed by all the other classes

but it was nice la
because we got to know more of the seniors
and found out that
people like nicole, amelia & josephine
are really nice =D

we played from like 8.30 to 2.30
it was darn tiring
and the sun was really hot
if we werent playing
we were cheering for the class people

today we had basketball & netball
i played one match for basketball
and all the matches for netball phew
i felt really useless lol
but its cray
because each game we play 3-4 matches
and some back-to-back
so we were really exhausted

haha and we went nuts
pouring cold water over ourselves
and over other people
like kwanwei X)
i was totally soaked by the end of the day lol

and now im not only really tan, or black
im also red because of sunburn!
my face is totally red la

its alot better than i expected it to be
i was really really scared when the movie started
because i know the story in & out, really well
and i foolishly thought that the manga
would be less gory
so i went to read it
& after the second chapter i couldn't take it
i felt like hurling la-
its much much much worse than the movie

that was quite some time ago
when the movie started
i was literally shaking in my seat la
the front part was really gory
but lucky i didnt see-
i spent more time "self-censoring" myself
and hiding behind a pillow that i kop from willie haha

then after that it wasnt so bad already
i could stomach most of the scenes
and laugh even-
tatsuya fujiwara is so cute!
*squeals*
heh he's kinda the main reason why i came to know of battle royale

anyway battle royale is this fictional story
set in japan, under a facist government,
i think around 800,000 students skipped school
and students were getting more and more rebellious

so the adults and the government came up with the BR act,
which involves a class of 42 students
being sent to an unknown island
and made to literally battle to the death, kill each other
until there's only one survivor-

and in three days,
if there's more than one student left
all the collars on them detonate
and explode, killing everyone
the collars monitor the pulse of the students
giving them their location & their movements
& whether they are still alive
trying to take them off would make them explode

and every 6 hours,
there would be new danger zones announced
and the names of those students
that were killed within that 6 hour period
danger zones are zones in the island
that have been marked
so as to force the students together
and ensure that they kill each other

if someone is caught in the danger zone
they have a limited amount of time
(i still think 40 seconds!)
to get out of the danger zone
or their collars will go off

and did i mention that they are all students?
in the show, the students were 15 years old
i can see the controversy behind the show
as 15 year old students killing 15 year old students
is not a very good image

and its a bit hard to imagine
when you are placed in a situation like that
and you are forced to kill or be killed
and those people that will kill you or be killed by you
are your classmates,
your best friends that you spent countless of time with
its not a very good thought

and when i first found out about this
i went to see all the information available
and i felt really horrible after that
because the idea of such a thing is like
gosh-

this concept really makes people think i guess
it did make me think
and make me feel really uneasy
but im still glad that i watched the film
it widened my concept of the world heh

okay enough of serious lamenting and reflection-
im going off to watch ouran high school host club again! =D

aww sadly in the end we didn't go bugis today
because by the time amanda finished
it was almost 3 and it was really late
plus we cant stay out for long if we go today
so we decided to go on another day this week! =D

we went to parkway to eat instead
because we were starving
we ate at jack's place! =D
and it was super darn funny
because of jack & jackfruit & jackplace =D

today there was no paper =D
yay for us;
instead there was j2 farewell assembly
it was as expected, boring
but thank god for company haha

mr chan exceeded his time as usual
and the concert wasnt that erm fantastic
but the house comm performance was hilarious!
they parodied the whole school,
from the teachers to the lectures lol!

and kundan was acting!
i felt super sorry for him ):
he was taupok-ed by like a whole pile of people
AND he got dumped into a rubbish bin!
head first!
how sad is that? ):
and he had to stay there for a looong time
and his legs were waving about
LOL X)

and the teachers sang & gave a performance!
not bad-
they could actually sing!
honestly! =D
then there was mass dance!
by then everyone was super high =D
and like half of our class
formed a circle and we danced-
so fun! =D

after that went parkway with
germ, shuyi & amanda
we had a nice gossip session at pastamania =D

when we went there

then germaine kwek this woman
was too eager already
we were telling her:
wait until all the lights come on
& they stand behind the counter
then go in

and just nice they turned on ALL the lights
except the front two rows
and she refused to go in!
because all the lights werent on yet X)

and talked
before me & germ had to go for tuition

exams are not over yet
but it feels like its over! =D

now there's only one paper left
and thats maths on monday-

in the end all that came out was application questions

SUCKED TO THE CORE!

1. study also no use because its all application
2. there's not enough time but even if you give me more time, i still cannot do
3. the whole of the structured question section was on gasoline- like i know anything about gasoline
4. got alot of mole concept too yuck
